Requirements
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active, unrestricted independent clinical license (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LCPC, LMHC, LPCC).
- Eligible to provide telehealth services in accordance with state laws.
- Active CAQH profile.
- Professional Liability Insurance.
- Strong commitment to the Christian faith and involvement in a local church.
- Ability to pass required background and reference checks.
- No restrictions that would prevent credentialing with commercial insurance payers.
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote counseling services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, and groups.
- Conduct clinical assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions while integrating Christian faith when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation within the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, state licensing regulations, and payer requirements.
- Collaborate with clinical leadership and administrative staff to support continuity of care.
- Utilize telehealth technology and clinical systems effectively.
