- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Spanish
- Experience in appointment setting, outbound calling, or sales development
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients is preferred
- Experience using CRM platforms, preferably GoHighLevel (GHL), is an advantage
- Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
- Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with prospective patients
- Highly organized, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a remote setup with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
Responsibilities
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing patients
- Follow up with leads to encourage engagement and patient enrollment
- Build rapport with prospective members and communicate the value of concierge healthcare services
- Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through enrollment using GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM
- Maintain accurate notes, update pipeline stages, and ensure complete CRM documentation
- Schedule, confirm, and coordinate follow-up calls or consultations
- Handle objections professionally using empathy and effective communication techniques
- Provide regular updates and reports on call outcomes, enrollment progress, and pipeline status to management
