  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Spanish
  • Experience in appointment setting, outbound calling, or sales development
  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients is preferred
  • Experience using CRM platforms, preferably GoHighLevel (GHL), is an advantage
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with prospective patients
  • Highly organized, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a remote setup with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace

Responsibilities

  • Conduct inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing patients
  • Follow up with leads to encourage engagement and patient enrollment
  • Build rapport with prospective members and communicate the value of concierge healthcare services
  • Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through enrollment using GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM
  • Maintain accurate notes, update pipeline stages, and ensure complete CRM documentation
  • Schedule, confirm, and coordinate follow-up calls or consultations
  • Handle objections professionally using empathy and effective communication techniques
  • Provide regular updates and reports on call outcomes, enrollment progress, and pipeline status to management
