Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing a WASH funding portfolio at a grantmaking organization or developing WASH programs in international contexts.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Proven ability to manage partnerships or programs against a defined performance framework.
- Experience engaging external technical resources.
- Demonstrated experience in project management in low and middle-income countries.
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple work streams.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Manage the multi-year grant lifecycle for a portfolio of global implementation partners.
- Monitor program performance, set objectives, and track milestones through reporting and field visits.
- Optimize program implementation using M&E findings and technical best practices.
- Manage external technical consultants to support project evaluations and initiatives.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with international partners.
- Lead or mentor program associates and coordinate cross-departmentally.
- Support the integration of AI tools for increased operational efficiency.
- Prepare program-specific content for donor reports and organizational presentations.
