Requirements
- 5+ years of experience overseeing delivery outcomes and client relationships across multiple projects or programs.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master with hands-on experience leading agile ceremonies.
- Experience managing custom software development or cloud infrastructure programs.
- Strong understanding of agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
- Knowledge of modern software delivery practices such as CI/CD.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and risks.
- Experience scaling agile teams and supporting transformation efforts.
- Strong project management skills, including milestone planning and contract management.
- Ability to travel occasionally as needed.
- Experience working with government agencies or highly regulated environments is preferred.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead program delivery and client engagement efforts across a portfolio of strategic technology initiatives.
- Build and maintain trusted partnerships with government clients.
- Serve as a Scrum Master by facilitating agile ceremonies and improving team workflows.
- Proactively identify delivery, process, financial, and operational risks.
- Maintain visibility into project landscapes, dependencies, and milestones.
- Manage contract responsibilities, financial coordination, and portfolio planning.
- Support project managers and delivery leads in creating high-performing delivery environments.
- Establish standards for delivery excellence and agile best practices.
- Coordinate across multiple teams to anticipate challenges and improve execution.
