Requirements
- 5+ years of experience overseeing delivery outcomes and client relationships.
- Scrum Master experience leading ceremonies.
- Experience with custom software or cloud infrastructure programs.
- Experience working with or for government agencies.
- Experience growing agile development teams and managing projects at scale.
- Proficiency with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe) and CI/CD practices.
- Ability to manage complex milestones, dependencies, and risks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel occasionally.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with government partners and maintain situational awareness at the agency level.
- Proactively detect and resolve risks spanning delivery, process, culture, and staffing.
- Engage clients to ensure needs are met, understand their vision, and communicate progress transparently.
- Manage contract finances, milestones, and portfolio growth through surge CLINs and option years.
- Scale delivery efforts through a team of project managers and functional leads.
- Set and uphold standards for delivery excellence and client service.
- Collaborate across projects to solve delivery problems and build mutual trust.
