Requirements
- 5+ years of project or program management experience in marketing, communications, creative, or media environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs with complex timelines and cross-functional dependencies.
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners and navigate conflict resolution.
- Strong track record of coordinating and tracking milestones across programs of significant scale and complexity.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to distill complexity for leadership.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar.
- Proven ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy.
- Understanding of organic marketing, communications, social, and editorial team dynamics.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end project management for large-scale, cross-functional programs and campaigns, including developing project plans, timelines, RACI frameworks, and workback schedules.
- Support strategic planning processes including roadmapping, resource allocation, goal-setting, and the development and socialization of organizational processes.
- Partner with external agency teams and vendors on deliverable alignment and timelines.
- Support the expansion of centralized program management capabilities across the organization.
- Schedule and facilitate cross-functional meetings, track action items, manage stakeholder communications, and bridge the gap between creative and business needs.
