Requirements
- 7–10 years in strategic or technical partnerships, business development, or alliances in the security, compliance, or IT industry.
- Demonstrated credibility working across product, engineering, sales, and marketing.
- Deep familiarity with the security and compliance vendor landscape (e.g., SIEM, EDR, CASB, DLP, GRC).
- Technical fluency to scope integrations, evaluate API capabilities, and assess product fit.
- Experience as a technical product manager, solutions architect, or engineering manager is strongly preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels, from CEO to product manager.
- High agency, ability to move fast, make practical trade-offs, and execute independently.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain executive, product, and technical relationships with counterparts at partner organizations.
- Drive partnerships from agreement through integration and launch, including scoping joint product offerings.
- Define joint value propositions and solution narratives.
- Coordinate internal cross-functional execution across Product, Sales, Marketing, and leadership teams.
- Partner with Marketing on co-marketing programs and joint announcements.
- Transition GTM execution to the CRO organization post-launch while retaining executive and product-level relationships.
