Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, product management, or product-led growth, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record in writing and managing high-performing SEO/GEO content.
- Demonstrated ability to build working prototypes using AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or v0.
- Experience with AI design tools like Claude Design to deliver high-quality user experiences.
- Experience implementing SEO/GEO tactics for platforms like ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and Claude.
- Track record of improving website or product conversion rates.
- Strong experimentation mindset with experience designing, executing, and analyzing growth experiments.
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional environments with Marketing, Product, and Data teams.
- Strong analytical skills and a bias toward shipping, measuring, and learning.
Responsibilities
- Own conversion optimization across the marketing website, including homepage, product and solution pages, pricing paths, and demo/trial entry points.
- Build a scalable landing-page system for priority campaigns, personas, use cases, and product narratives.
- Optimize visibility across traditional search engines and AI answer engines by producing high-quality, SEO/GEO-optimized content.
- Act as a Growth Automation Designer by defining and building AI-powered tools to streamline marketing team processes.
- Establish a structured experimentation program to measure and improve website performance.
- Partner cross-functionally with Data, Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Product teams to drive website growth.
