Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or consulting within IT services, technology solutions, or outsourcing environments.
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. market with an established network of relationships across mid-sized and large enterprises.
  • Proven experience working with clients in the Life Sciences sector, including pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or healthcare organizations.
  • Experience selling or supporting Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Veeva platforms, or similar enterprise technology solutions.
  • Knowledge of Life Sciences commercial processes, including CRM platforms, healthcare professional engagement, and compliance-driven workflows.
  • Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills with the ability to engage technical and executive audiences.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles, develop strategic opportunities, and consistently achieve business targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within the U.S. Life Sciences market, focusing on enterprise-level technology engagements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and healthcare organizations.
  • Lead consultative sales conversations around Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Veeva solutions, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer needs, business objectives, and revenue targets.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand client processes, compliance requirements, technology landscapes, and operational challenges.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, pre-sales specialists, and delivery teams to design tailored proposals and compelling business solutions.
  • Manage sales pipelines, forecasting, quota achievement, and opportunity progression from initial engagement through contract closure.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen market presence and expand professional networks.
  • Create persuasive presentations, proposals, and executive-level communications that demonstrate business value and measurable outcomes.
