Requirements

- Proven track record of managing a full sales process from cold outreach to signed agreement.

- High ownership and self-motivation in setting and meeting performance goals.
- Experience negotiating contract terms and fee economics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Critical thinking and ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and close new PI law firm referral partnerships across target states and case types.
- Evaluate prospective partners using objective performance data including conversion rates and case value.
- Negotiate and close contracts and fee splits.
- Manage a disciplined sales pipeline through consistent outreach and data reviews.
- Source and vet firms using internal data, referral networks, and external relationships.
- Surface issues early with recommended solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and business outcomes.
