Responsibilities

  • Identify and close new PI law firm referral partnerships across target states and case types.
  • Evaluate prospective partners using objective performance data including conversion rates and case value.
  • Negotiate and close contracts and fee splits.
  • Manage a disciplined sales pipeline through consistent outreach and data reviews.
  • Source and vet firms using internal data, referral networks, and external relationships.
  • Surface issues early with recommended solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and business outcomes.
