Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- Proven experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and cloud-based environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze logs, monitoring data, and performance metrics.
- Experience with identity management platforms such as Entra ID, OKTA, Ping Identity, or similar solutions.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, ADFS, Group Policy Management, and enterprise authentication technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud ecosystems, particularly Azure environments.
- Understanding of Zero Trust security principles.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to pass required background and drug screening processes.
Responsibilities
- Map relationships and dependencies between IT platforms, infrastructure components, end-user technologies, and communication networks.
- Analyze technical issues, identify root causes, and implement timely solutions to maintain system reliability and availability.
- Design and deploy system monitoring, performance optimization, and health-check solutions.
- Develop, implement, and maintain backup strategies to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
- Create and maintain system documentation, configuration baselines, technical standards, and operational procedures.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies, solutions, and infrastructure improvements.
- Support incident escalation processes and coordinate resources to resolve critical issues.
- Participate in disaster recovery and continuity of operations exercises.
- Maintain security controls, system integrity, and compliance requirements.
- Support identity management solutions to maintain secure access environments.
