Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in revenue operations or GTM systems.
  • Hands-on ownership experience with CRM architecture and revenue data.
  • Demonstrated ability to pull, model, and structure data using SQL or equivalent tools.
  • Proven experience instrumenting end-to-end revenue funnels with accurate attribution.
  • Experience building lifecycle and revenue-tracking systems at a scaling company.
  • Strong systems thinking with the ability to design data flows from the ground up.
  • A track record of moving fast and iterating on working systems.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and own the CRM as the source of truth for revenue data.
  • Instrument the full revenue funnel from lead to customer with accurate attribution.
  • Build lifecycle systems and automation to manage prospect and customer stages.
  • Own revenue tracking and reporting, including dashboards and data models for pipeline, usage, churn, and expansion metrics.
  • Design scalable revenue infrastructure to support significant growth in ARR.
  • Partner with the VP of Revenue and Success, product, and finance to drive go-to-market decisions.
