Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in revenue operations or GTM systems.
- Hands-on ownership experience with CRM architecture and revenue data.
- Demonstrated ability to pull, model, and structure data using SQL or equivalent tools.
- Proven experience instrumenting end-to-end revenue funnels with accurate attribution.
- Experience building lifecycle and revenue-tracking systems at a scaling company.
- Strong systems thinking with the ability to design data flows from the ground up.
- A track record of moving fast and iterating on working systems.
Responsibilities
- Architect and own the CRM as the source of truth for revenue data.
- Instrument the full revenue funnel from lead to customer with accurate attribution.
- Build lifecycle systems and automation to manage prospect and customer stages.
- Own revenue tracking and reporting, including dashboards and data models for pipeline, usage, churn, and expansion metrics.
- Design scalable revenue infrastructure to support significant growth in ARR.
- Partner with the VP of Revenue and Success, product, and finance to drive go-to-market decisions.
