Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business operations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret revenue data and translate insights into business actions.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar reporting and analytics tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and consistently follow through on operational initiatives.
  • Experience building reporting frameworks, sales processes, and operational documentation.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and distribute dashboards and reports that provide visibility into pipeline performance, conversion metrics, revenue trends, and business health.
  • Own and optimize revenue operations processes, including deal desk management, sales workflows, and operational improvements.
  • Manage and enhance CRM systems such as Salesforce while supporting the development and implementation of CPQ processes.
  • Analyze revenue data to identify trends, risks, anomalies, and growth opportunities, providing proactive recommendations to leadership.
  • Support sales planning activities, including quota setting, compensation plan administration, and performance tracking.
  • Develop and maintain sales playbooks, process documentation, and enablement resources to improve operational consistency.
  • Support contract creation, review, and processing in collaboration with sales teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to implement scalable processes that support sustainable revenue growth.
