- 3+ years of experience leading teams, with a proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate employees.
- Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy, revenue forecasting, sales performance management, and business analytics.
- Demonstrated experience using data and insights to influence strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment and manage complex initiatives.
- Proven track record of partnering cross-functionally to achieve growth targets.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Revenue Operations function, ensuring commercial leaders have accurate forecasting, financial insights, and performance visibility across the customer lifecycle.
- Define and implement a comprehensive go-to-market framework that connects lead awareness, sales execution, customer activation, and revenue growth.
- Partner with Sales and Post-Sales Operations teams to drive strategic planning initiatives, including capacity modeling, territory design, quota setting, and coverage strategies.
- Improve revenue predictability by measuring forecast accuracy, pipeline health, conversion performance, and sales efficiency metrics.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Data, and commercial teams to create seamless revenue processes and optimize customer handoffs.
- Deliver executive-level reporting and actionable insights on sales productivity, deal velocity, product adoption, expansion opportunities, and customer retention risks.
- Develop and mentor high-performing teams while establishing scalable Revenue Operations processes, best practices, and operational standards.
