Requirements
- 7+ years of backend or full-stack engineering experience.
- 2+ years building production-grade agentic systems in distributed environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python (preferred) or TypeScript/Go/Rust.
- Experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, DeepAgents, OpenClaw, or Hermes.
- Expertise in designing cloud-native, event-driven architectures using AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Experience with GraphQL or REST APIs and messaging systems like SQS/SNS.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB, and vector databases.
- Familiarity with AI-native development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot.
- Ability to work independently in a highly autonomous environment.
Responsibilities
- Architect and build agentic workflows and scalable microservices primarily using Python.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI capabilities, including LLM APIs and RAG pipelines.
- Implement operational practices and observability for AI reliability in production.
- Drive engineering quality and speed through AI-SDLC practices and rigorous code reviews.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap and AI-SDLC operations.
