  • Experience in mass media, performance marketing, and influencer marketing in the UK market.
  • Experience operating in digital-first environments.
  • Hands-on experience driving D2C and retail media.
  • Over 1 year of experience actively working with TikTok.
  • Ability to collaborate with and lead cross-functional partners and agencies.
  • Ability to work using data and insights for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the UK brand and marketing strategy to drive penetration, trial and further distribution.
  • Define the marketing activation calendar and lead the planning and execution of 360° campaigns.
  • Collaborate with commercial, DTC, and influencer teams to ensure impact across all channels.
  • Ensure consistent brand tone, messaging, and visual identity as the brand guardian for the UK.
  • Track key brand metrics and campaign performance to drive continuous improvement.
  • Monitor competitors, trends, and market opportunities to derive actionable plans.
