Requirements
- Experience working within CRM, lifecycle marketing, or customer engagement.
- Hands-on experience building and launching CRM campaigns.
- Comfortable using CRM platforms such as Braze or similar tools.
- Strong attention to detail and campaign QA standards.
- Enjoys working with customer data, segmentation, and testing.
- Organised, proactive, and adaptable in fast-moving environments.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Interest in sports betting, gaming, or customer engagement industries.
Responsibilities
- Build, QA, and launch CRM campaigns across email, push, in-app, and SMS channels.
- Support lifecycle automations and customer journey execution.
- Build audience segments and targeting logic within Braze.
- Manage campaign scheduling, links, tracking parameters, and bonus setup.
- Support A/B testing and experimentation initiatives.
- Assist with reporting, analysis, and optimization recommendations.
- Work closely with CRM Managers to execute lifecycle strategy.
- Collaborate with Product, BI, and Engineering teams to support customer engagement initiatives.
- Support reactive campaign activity aligned to the sporting calendar and business priorities.
