Requirements

  • Experience working within CRM, lifecycle marketing, or customer engagement.
  • Hands-on experience building and launching CRM campaigns.
  • Comfortable using CRM platforms such as Braze or similar tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and campaign QA standards.
  • Enjoys working with customer data, segmentation, and testing.
  • Organised, proactive, and adaptable in fast-moving environments.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Interest in sports betting, gaming, or customer engagement industries.

Responsibilities

  • Build, QA, and launch CRM campaigns across email, push, in-app, and SMS channels.
  • Support lifecycle automations and customer journey execution.
  • Build audience segments and targeting logic within Braze.
  • Manage campaign scheduling, links, tracking parameters, and bonus setup.
  • Support A/B testing and experimentation initiatives.
  • Assist with reporting, analysis, and optimization recommendations.
  • Work closely with CRM Managers to execute lifecycle strategy.
  • Collaborate with Product, BI, and Engineering teams to support customer engagement initiatives.
  • Support reactive campaign activity aligned to the sporting calendar and business priorities.
