Requirements
- Strong academic background in engineering, business, or comparable experience.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the payment industry, preferably cross-border payments.
- Proven experience as a commercial director or in a relevant role within the Americas region (USA, Canada, Latin America).
- Proven experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key clients.
- In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis.
- Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes.
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic mindset.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Professional working proficiency in Spanish.
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience in a globally distributed start-up or high-growth environment is a plus.
