Requirements

  • Strong academic background in engineering, business, or comparable experience.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in the payment industry, preferably cross-border payments.
  • Proven experience as a commercial director or in a relevant role within the Americas region (USA, Canada, Latin America).
  • Proven experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key clients.
  • In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis.
  • Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes.
  • Strong commercial awareness and strategic mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Professional working proficiency in Spanish.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience in a globally distributed start-up or high-growth environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities across the Americas.
  • Accelerate business development and expand company presence on the U.S. West Coast.
