Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or enterprise partnerships within banking, fintech, payments, or related financial services sectors.
- Demonstrated success developing business relationships with banks, asset managers, and financial institutions.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, including risk management functions and AML-related processes.
- Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and successfully closing high-value deals.
- Experience using structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or similar frameworks.
- Strong commercial judgment with the ability to identify opportunities and create value-driven solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong network within the financial services industry.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including product, operations, and commercial functions.
Responsibilities
- Increase revenue growth across product offerings by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, asset managers, and related financial service providers.
- Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, using a consultative approach to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Guide clients through their digital asset journey by explaining how solutions can support their business objectives.
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline while contributing to commercial strategy and market expansion plans.
- Leverage existing industry networks and market knowledge to generate qualified leads and accelerate deal execution.
- Own client relationships throughout the sales cycle, including prospecting, onboarding, and ongoing account management.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, reporting, and performance analysis to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with product teams to communicate customer feedback, pain points, and opportunities for product improvements.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities as a credible market ambassador.
