- At least six years of campaign and electoral experience.
- Proven management experience in a congressional, statewide Senate, or Gubernatorial race.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to think on one's feet.
- Commitment to electing Democratic pro-choice women.
- Commitment to diversity of candidates, membership, partners, and staff.
- Willingness to travel, including occasional nights and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain political relationships to identify and recruit Democratic pro-choice women for competitive races.
- Advise campaigns on building professional teams, including recruiting campaign managers.
- Assist campaigns in developing and executing budgets and strategic plans.
- Review ad buys and paid communication plans.
- Establish high-quality structures for field, research, communications, digital, and fundraising operations.
- Monitor and report routinely on the progress of assigned campaigns.
- Assist with EMILYs List training programs.
