Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of industry-related experience (Bachelor's degree substitutes 2 years, Graduate degree substitutes 4 years).
- Minimum 2 years experience in a leadership or management level position.
- Professional Engineer (PE) License, or equivalent professional certification.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for design and visual aids.
- Strong command of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Expertise in ICT calculations, topologies, and relevant code requirements.
- Proven capability in budgeting and financial management principles.
- Strong tactical decision-making and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with senior management, staff, and clients.
- Ability to work successfully in a remote, distraction-free environment.
Responsibilities
- Direct advanced ICT engineering design, calculations, and QAQC peer reviews.
- Act as department level Engineer of Record for projects and programs.
- Lead strategic planning and hiring processes for the ICT engineering team.
- Manage team resource forecasting, performance reviews, and staff development.
- Develop and enforce company-wide policies, budgets, and operational work plans.
- Collaborate with senior management to gather data and support strategic decision-making.
- Mentor team members to foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
