Requirements
- 10+ years of business development experience in behavioral health, addiction treatment, post-acute, or healthcare services.
- 5+ years leading a national or multi-region field outreach organization, including managing managers.
- Documented experience running a national-scale sales playbook, including territory design, ramp math, quota/comp structures, and CRM architecture.
- Experience managing referral/demand generation across payer segments including cash pay.
- Working fluency in Medicare processes, including eligibility, MA plans, and ACO referral decision-making.
- Deep understanding of the SUD treatment continuum, from detox and residential to MAT and aftercare.
- Expertise in CRM management and reporting design.
- Ability to communicate effectively across diverse stakeholders, from hospital staff and CEOs to families.
- Valid driver's license for necessary field travel.
- Experience opening new markets and carrying revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Complete the field team build-out and manage ongoing productivity ramps for all territories.
- Own the national referral and enrollment number across private pay, Medicare, and commercial payer segments.
- Develop and iterate the GTM playbook, including referral-partner profiles, outreach cadences, and payer-specific messaging.
- Partner with clinical operations to manage referral-to-admission handoffs and with billing to ensure enrollment workflow efficiency.
- Manage and finalize the national territory model including hub cities and account universes.
- Ensure compliant sales operations across the field team in accordance with company standards.
- Recommend market expansion strategies based on data models and performance analytics.
