Requirements
- Experience in gigascale construction or data center project cost management.
- Proven experience building and leading a team within a technical or construction environment.
- Expertise in project controls, including estimation, budgeting, forecasting, and change control.
- Ability to develop and maintain standardized systems and reporting frameworks.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders such as Procurement, Finance, and Design/Construction teams.
- Knowledge of AI and advanced analytics tools for data modeling, anomaly detection, and project insights.
- Capable of ensuring cost management practices are auditable and aligned with enterprise data governance.
- Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end cost leadership for OCI gigascale construction programs including hyperscale data center campuses.
- Build and lead a cost controls function and team to scale across multiple sites and workstreams.
- Establish standardized processes, systems, and reporting for cost management.
- Manage estimates, budgets, forecasts, cash flow, contingency, and change control.
- Partner with Design & Construction, Procurement, Finance, and Scheduling leadership to drive predictable outcomes.
- Champion the use of AI and advanced analytics for performance improvement, variance detection, and risk identification.
