Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite functional experience.
- Proficiency with configuration, workflows, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics.
- Strong understanding of core business processes: Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report.
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into ERP functional specifications.
- Experience gathering requirements and producing clear functional documentation.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- High level of autonomy with the ability to manage priorities, timelines, and deliverables independently.
- Active use of AI tools for productivity, analysis, or automation (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot).
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure NetSuite capabilities are fully leveraged.
- Design, configure, and optimize NetSuite solutions.
- Support operational excellence, data integrity, and business growth through ERP configuration.
- Proactively leverage AI and automation tools to enhance analysis and accelerate solution design.
- Drive continuous improvement within NetSuite modules.
- Gather business requirements and produce clear functional documentation.
