Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar senior engineering role.
- Deep hands-on expertise in C# and .NET (Core / .NET 6+).
- Commercial experience or strong willingness to work with Golang and Node.js.
- Experience designing and evolving high-load backend systems.
- Experience working with REST API and web services.
- Strong understanding of multithreading, thread safety, and memory management.
- Experience designing and operating microservice-based systems.
- Experience working with relational and non-relational databases, including performance tuning and indexing strategies.
- Experience working with containerized environments including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated delivery.
- Intermediate+ English level (B2).
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, efficient, and secure enterprise-level software architectures.
- Write, test, and debug complex code for high-load systems with strict latency and reliability requirements.
- Identify and eliminate performance bottlenecks across CPU, memory, I/O, and database layers.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to enforce strict code quality and security best practices.
- Develop and enforce testing protocols to guarantee software reliability.
- Implement and monitor production observability frameworks, including logging, metrics, and tracing.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to foster technical growth.
- Partner with Delivery Managers to manage software development projects.
