Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, Software Engineer, or similar role within product-focused organizations.
- Strong hands-on experience with the MERN stack, including MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with experience building modern web applications.
- Proven experience designing and maintaining scalable, high-performance frontend and backend systems.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, backend architecture principles, and distributed application design.
- Experience working with databases such as MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and/or Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development and deployment practices.
- Strong understanding of system design, scalability, performance optimization, and engineering best practices.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and AI-powered services is considered a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with modern frontend architectures, state management solutions, and responsive design principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with strong written and verbal English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications across frontend and backend environments.
- Build intuitive, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces using modern React-based technologies.
- Develop secure, reliable, and maintainable backend services and APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
- Design and optimize application architectures, databases, and RESTful APIs to ensure performance, scalability, and resilience.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, AI, and engineering stakeholders to deliver customer-focused solutions and new product capabilities.
- Integrate AI-powered functionalities and third-party services into product workflows and user experiences.
- Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code while contributing to engineering standards and best practices.
- Participate in technical discussions, architectural decisions, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor production systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to improve reliability and operational performance.
