Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, technology degree, postgraduate degree, MBA, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience in complex B2B technology sales with long sales cycles.
- Demonstrated success in hunter roles focused on acquiring new enterprise customers.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing (Azure, AWS), cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and data solutions.
- Ability to conduct consultative sales conversations and translate technical challenges into business value.
- Strong executive communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Autonomous, resilient, and results-driven mindset.
- Experience with complex sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale, or Sandler is a plus.
- Established network with C-level executives in medium and large organizations is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities among medium and large enterprises through strategic market mapping and proactive prospecting.
- Own the complete hunting cycle, including initial outreach, discovery meetings, solution presentations, negotiations, and contract closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders and decision-makers, including CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and CFOs.
- Conduct consultative sales processes by understanding customer business challenges and connecting them to relevant technology solutions.
- Develop and present high-value proposals involving cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and data solutions.
- Lead complex, long-term sales negotiations while coordinating with technical specialists and internal teams.
- Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and performance indicators to ensure predictable revenue generation and achievement of targets.
