Requirements
- Strong experience in quality engineering for complex systems, including test strategy, scenario design, and reporting.
- Proven experience building and customizing mobile test automation frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Appium and knowledge of Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) ecosystems.
- Solid understanding of software engineering best practices (Clean Code, design patterns).
- Experience integrating testing processes into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.).
- Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker.
- Experience validating APIs and microservices architectures.
- Practical experience applying AI tools in testing workflows (test generation, script optimization, data generation).
- Ability to define and track quality KPIs and build analytical reporting structures.
- Experience mentoring teams and working directly with technical leadership and clients.
- Advanced English is a plus.
- Knowledge of performance and load testing tools (e.g., K6, JMeter) is a differential.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead end-to-end quality strategy, establishing long-term technical guidelines for mobile projects and systems.
- Design, build, and evolve advanced mobile test automation frameworks and accelerators from scratch.
- Drive adoption and governance of emerging technologies, including AI/LLMs, to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
- Implement and manage quality gates, CI/CD integrations, and test observability within complex delivery pipelines.
- Influence system architecture to ensure testability, resilience, and high reliability standards.
- Mentor and support QA engineers, fostering technical growth and best practices within the team.
- Collaborate directly with stakeholders and clients, translating quality metrics into business insights and system health visibility.
