- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across engineering functions.
- A proactive approach focused on delivering results rather than waiting for detailed instructions.
Responsibilities
- Tackle the highest-impact technical challenges across the platform based on evolving business and engineering priorities.
- Build and ship solutions across the technology stack, including backend systems, infrastructure, developer tooling, and occasionally frontend components.
- Develop tools, improvements, and fixes that help engineering teams work more efficiently.
- Own complex, cross-functional technical problems that require collaboration across multiple areas.
- Improve platform reliability, scalability, and overall developer experience.
- Identify opportunities for technical improvements and proactively drive solutions from idea to implementation.
- Work independently while collaborating with teams to deliver meaningful product and infrastructure improvements.
