- Demonstrated experience in the cybersecurity industry.
- Ability to build and execute strategic account plans.
- Experience translating customer needs into business or solution requirements.
- Proven capability to act as a trusted advisor to senior executives.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage project timelines.
- Familiarity with recurring revenue sales models and renewal processes.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to foster positive business relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage named accounts, ensuring engagement and satisfaction throughout the customer lifetime.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key buyers and influencers.
- Partner with customers to build joint success plans and achieve key milestones.
- Monitor customer analytics and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and value realization.
- Conduct regular business reviews to articulate the value of Sophos services.
- Coordinate onboarding, sales, product, and services teams for a seamless customer experience.
- Drive usage, adoption, upselling, and renewal efforts to reduce churn and sustain growth.
- Act as an escalation point for high-impact customer issues.
