Requirements
- Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent business/vocational qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, ideally within the pharmaceutical or GxP-regulated environment.
- Proven success selling complex service solutions to senior decision-makers.
- Experience with insourcing, outsourcing, managed services, or laboratory services.
- Strong understanding of product commercialisation, manufacturing, supply chain processes, and testing needs.
- Excellent German and English communication skills.
- Ability to influence across functions and build strong internal and external networks.
- Strategic mindset paired with hands-on commercial drive.
- High energy, resilience, and a passion for winning new clients.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of business development activities across Germany and Austria.
- Build and execute winning sales strategies that deliver measurable growth and expand our regional footprint.
- Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities from first contact to contract signature.
- Develop deep relationships with senior stakeholders in pharma, biotech, and related industries.
- Translate client needs into tailored PSS service solutions that deliver value.
- Lead proposal development, commercial negotiations, and contracting processes.
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers and global teams to maximize cross-selling.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline visibility, and CRM-compliant reporting.
- Represent Eurofins PSS at industry events and client meetings.
