Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in design, visual content creation, or creative digital marketing.
- 1+ year of active hands-on experience with AI image generation platforms (e.g., Figma Weave, Freepik, Higgsfield, Runway, Midjourney).
- Cross-platform proficiency, connecting AI outputs with traditional design pipelines (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong visual sense including composition, lighting, color, typography, realism, and human anatomy.
- Ability to produce photorealistic, high-end marketing visuals.
- Understanding of performance marketing basics such as CTR, hooks, and conversion-focused creative.
- Ability to iterate quickly based on feedback and data.
- Strong attention to detail and visual quality.
- Proactive mindset with clear communication and collaboration skills.
- Portfolio featuring AI-generated visuals demonstrating high-end visual sensibility.
- Upper-intermediate English (B2) or higher.
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality AI-generated visuals for performance marketing campaigns across paid media channels and landing pages.
- Produce photorealistic human imagery, lifestyle scenes, and product-focused visuals.
- Enhance, retouch, and extend imagery using AI tools, working from photo shoot source materials.
- Iterate on visual concepts and explore different angles, hooks, and formats based on performance data and feedback.
- Collaborate with copywriters and marketers to ensure creative alignment with messaging and funnel logic.
- Maintain high visual standards for lighting, composition, anatomy, and textures, resolving AI artifacts.
- Research, test, and integrate new AI tools to refine production workflows.
- Document all tasks clearly in ClickUp.
