Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing, demand generation, or revenue marketing.
  • Demonstrated ownership of qualified pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Experience building and optimizing integrated programs across paid search, paid social, SEO/AEO, website conversion, email, and events.
  • Strong fluency with HubSpot or comparable marketing automation and CRM systems.
  • Experience improving website journeys and landing-page conversion through structured testing.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to influence Sales, RevOps, and Product teams.
  • Experience in healthcare SaaS, digital health, or highly regulated B2B markets.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to produce clear, actionable plans.
  • Deep alignment with mission to advance health equity.
  • Experience working within resource-constrained growth organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Translate ARR, pipeline, and market-development goals into a focused multichannel growth plan.
  • Develop and optimize programs across paid search, social, SEO, email, webinars, and partner marketing.
  • Own the strategy for website journeys, conversion paths, landing pages, and calls to action.
  • Partner with the Strategic Partnerships Director to create co-marketing and demand-generation programs.
  • Maintain the growth-marketing measurement framework, including performance metrics, funnel conversion, and ROI.
  • Use AI and automation to improve workflow execution, performance analysis, and research speed.
  • Establish dashboards and operating cadences to inspect performance and provide executive-level insights.
