- Experience reinforcing sales training through consistent follow-up and inspection.
- Proficiency in using CRM data, call recordings, and KPIs to prioritize coaching efforts.
- Ability to help salespeople consistently execute a defined sales process.
- Experience working in environments driven by inbound customer inquiries.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Must be available during U.S. Pacific business hours.
Responsibilities
- Own the daily performance of our inbound sales team.
- Coach sales consultants through structured one-on-one sessions.
- Review recorded sales conversations and leverage AI-generated insights to identify coaching opportunities.
- Conduct role-play sessions using real customer scenarios to reinforce methodology.
- Hold sales staff accountable for executing the established sales process.
- Partner with Marketing and Operations to optimize the customer experience and reduce operational errors.
- Accelerate new hire development and ramp time.
