  • Experience reinforcing sales training through consistent follow-up and inspection.
  • Proficiency in using CRM data, call recordings, and KPIs to prioritize coaching efforts.
  • Ability to help salespeople consistently execute a defined sales process.
  • Experience working in environments driven by inbound customer inquiries.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • Must be available during U.S. Pacific business hours.

Responsibilities

  • Own the daily performance of our inbound sales team.
  • Coach sales consultants through structured one-on-one sessions.
  • Review recorded sales conversations and leverage AI-generated insights to identify coaching opportunities.
  • Conduct role-play sessions using real customer scenarios to reinforce methodology.
  • Hold sales staff accountable for executing the established sales process.
  • Partner with Marketing and Operations to optimize the customer experience and reduce operational errors.
  • Accelerate new hire development and ramp time.
