Requirements
- Proven experience delivering Salesforce Agentforce solutions in production or enterprise-scale POCs.
- Strong understanding of Agentforce architecture: Agents, sub-agents, topics, actions, instructions, and orchestration.
- Expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) including modeling, ingestion, harmonization, and identity resolution.
- Deep understanding of RAG: vector databases, embedding, chunking, retrieval optimization, and grounding.
- Strong Salesforce platform architecture experience: data modeling, security, and sharing/visibility models.
- Advanced development skills: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow.
- Experience designing enterprise integration patterns connecting Agentforce with external systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
- Understanding of the Agentforce consumption model.
- Experience with Agentforce Testing Center or equivalent AI testing frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Lead Agentforce discovery workshops to identify high-value AI use cases and assess solution fit.
- Define agent care plans, success metrics, adoption strategies, and implementation roadmaps.
- Architect Agentforce solutions, including agents, sub-agents, topics, actions, instructions, and orchestration.
- Design grounding strategies using Salesforce Data Cloud, RAG, vector databases, and retrieval optimization.
- Design scalable Salesforce platform architectures covering data models, security, and visibility.
- Develop solution extensions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow.
- Produce technical architecture documentation, solution blueprints, and executive presentations.
- Collaborate with delivery teams and stakeholders across multi-system environments.
- Support pre-sales initiatives including effort estimation and proof-of-concept development.
