Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing $50k+ in monthly paid ad spend.
  • Proven experience managing campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of meeting strict CAC and ROAS targets.
  • Understanding of unit economics and attribution frameworks like Meta Pixel or Conversions API.
  • Ability to evaluate and direct high-performing ad creative.
  • High level of autonomy in managing execution pipelines from brief to optimization.
  • Comfortable building processes from scratch.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok, owning budgets, bidding, and full-funnel targeting.
  • Define and track performance marketing OKRs aligned with business growth targets.
  • Partner with Creative Strategist and design team to execute high-velocity creative testing based on performance data.
  • Optimize CPC, CPL, ROAS, and hook rates while improving landing pages and signup funnels.
  • Build and maintain dashboards for growth metrics and provide regular performance insights to leadership.
  • Implement automated workflows for campaign optimization using tools like Revealbot.
  • Research and test new emerging channels to diversify the acquisition mix.
