Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing $50k+ in monthly paid ad spend.
- Proven experience managing campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of meeting strict CAC and ROAS targets.
- Understanding of unit economics and attribution frameworks like Meta Pixel or Conversions API.
- Ability to evaluate and direct high-performing ad creative.
- High level of autonomy in managing execution pipelines from brief to optimization.
- Comfortable building processes from scratch.
Responsibilities
- Manage and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok, owning budgets, bidding, and full-funnel targeting.
- Define and track performance marketing OKRs aligned with business growth targets.
- Partner with Creative Strategist and design team to execute high-velocity creative testing based on performance data.
- Optimize CPC, CPL, ROAS, and hook rates while improving landing pages and signup funnels.
- Build and maintain dashboards for growth metrics and provide regular performance insights to leadership.
- Implement automated workflows for campaign optimization using tools like Revealbot.
- Research and test new emerging channels to diversify the acquisition mix.
