Requirements
- Active Life and Health insurance license.
- Current AHIP certification.
- High School degree minimum.
- Proficient computer skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Experience with Windows-based applications.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and written.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
- Highly dependable and self-motivated.
- Ability to ask probing questions to obtain necessary information.
Responsibilities
- Provide sales support by creating timely illustrations and preparing point of sale documents.
- Manage state-specific and compliance forms for insurance clients.
- Serve as a liaison between insurance carriers and clients.
- Handle outbound and inbound calls efficiently.
- Answer service inquiries and resolve client problems orally, virtually, or in writing.
- Navigate web-based portals to provide documents to clients.
- Provide input and support on new products and sales processes.
- Participate in team and individual meetings.
