Requirements
- Previous experience in a high-standard retail environment (e.g., Apple, Microsoft, Nordstrom, Lululemon, Disney, Costco).
- Ability to maintain a friendly, professional, and upbeat demeanor throughout the day.
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to navigate various computer screens while speaking with customers.
- Comfort and proficiency using computer technology.
- Ability to obtain an insurance license (training and exam fees are provided by the employer).
- Must currently reside in one of the approved locations: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule: choose between five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from customers who have initiated an insurance search via the app.
- Simplify the insurance comparison process by analyzing options from 55+ different providers.
- Listen to customer concerns and provide solutions that instill confidence in their insurance choices.
- Close new insurance policies for customers during the initial interaction.
- Act as an expert advisor to guide customers through the insurance selection process.
