Requirements
- Experience in a high-standard retail environment (e.g., Apple Store, Microsoft, Lululemon, Nordstrom, Disney, Costco).
- Comfortable using a computer and navigating multiple screens while simultaneously speaking with customers.
- Ability to maintain an upbeat and helpful demeanor throughout the workday.
- Willingness to obtain an insurance license (training and exam costs are covered by the company).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from customers who have already initiated an insurance search in the Jerry app.
- Simplify the insurance process by helping customers compare 55+ different insurance companies.
- Solve customer problems by listening to concerns and recommending solutions that build confidence.
- Close new insurance policies for customers during inbound calls.
- Provide expert advice to help everyday people understand insurance options.
