Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a top-performing sales agent.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities.
- Passion for helping others.
- Must obtain P&C license within 2 weeks of starting.
- Capacity to work in a remote environment.
- Eligible to reside in specified US states or Ontario, Canada.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls from prospective customers for personal line auto, home, motorcycle, and other specialty insurance policies.
- Educate customers on insurance policy details such as coverage and pricing.
- Prepare and bind quotes through carrier partners.
- Effectively problem solve and objection handle to remove barriers from the customer purchasing the policy.
- Provide attentive, high-energy conversation to help find policies that best fit individual customer needs.
