Requirements
- Associate degree in business management, marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of previous sales and/or customer service experience.
- Property and Casualty insurance license required (or the ability to obtain).
- Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Experience with E-storage solutions.
- Ability to use Adobe or Foxit PDF software.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interface at all levels of an organization.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize sales leads from various sources including sales funnels and database management.
- Conduct high-volume customer outreach via phone, email, mail, and fax.
- Utilize marketing campaigns and advertising to meet monthly and annual sales goals.
- Present quotes, close sales, and collect market intelligence from prospects.
- Facilitate application and underwriting processes between clients and internal underwriters.
- Document all sales activity within the CRM system.
- Build and maintain ongoing customer relationships by responding to client needs and inquiries.
