Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Project Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in Salesforce.org or similar CRM software.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
  • Strong proficiency in custom objects, flows, formula fields, workflows, and custom views.
  • Experience with Form Assembly.
  • Proven experience performing system testing and developing/maintaining test scripts.
  • Demonstrated ability to write technical and end-user documentation.
  • Experience providing help desk support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong Christian commitment and adherence to the IWU Community Lifestyle Statement.

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative functions including user management, roles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Build and configure objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, and workflows.
  • Manage the Form Assembly platform and develop forms based on user requirements.
  • Support the product development lifecycle for the enrollment technology stack.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain data integrity and accurate reporting metrics.
  • Develop and deliver technical training and end-user documentation.
  • Provide help desk support and manage iSupport tickets and release cycles.
