- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Experience managing vendor relations and procurement.
- Strong organizational skills for managing electronic filing systems.
- Ability to coordinate events and boost team engagement.
- Familiarity with DocuSign or similar eSignature platforms.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office vendors and suppliers, including negotiating pricing and researching new vendors.
- Manage company procurement of office supplies and equipment, ensuring all receipts are tracked and filed.
- Plan and execute team events and parties to support staff engagement and morale.
- Utilize CRM systems to maintain customer information and generate reports.
- Manage and update legal documentation, including agreements and contracts, within the eFiling system.
- Maintain DocuSign templates and facilitate the contract signature process for agents.
- Assist sales and marketing teams with trade show planning and execution.
