Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate partnership fundraising, sales, or business development.
- Proven experience with complex national non-profit or for-profit partnerships generating $1,000,000+.
- At least 5 years of experience in health-based corporate partnerships with documented pharmaceutical industry relationships.
- Demonstrated experience with consumer brand and national non-profit cause-related marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent.
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical industry corporate decision-making and compliance requirements.
- Proven success in leading, coaching, and managing the performance of direct reports.
- Demonstrated success in distilling complex information into compelling, persuasive narratives.
- Ability to travel nationwide approximately 10% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to expand corporate support and sponsorships.
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
- Manage a portfolio of top pharmaceutical industry partners with a focus on stewardship and deliverables.
- Draft partnership proposals and manage contract negotiations to capture full partnership value.
- Lead a team focused on corporate partnership development, activation, and stewardship.
- Represent the organization as a spokesperson at industry events and conferences.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and cross-functional teams to align partnership models with organizational mission.
