Requirements
- 7+ years of technical experience in marketing, commercial, or digital analytics.
- Strong understanding of funnel analytics, KPI design, attribution concepts, and ROI reporting.
- Strong SQL skills (data extraction, joins, aggregations, validation).
- Experience building data science models in Python or R.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools like Power BI (preferred), Tableau, or Looker.
- Working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms like Salesforce, Eloqua, Marketo, or HubSpot.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience partnering with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Strategy, or Operations.
- Healthcare, medtech, or regulated industry experience preferred.
- Familiarity with privacy-safe measurement and compliant analytics practices in regulated environments preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a consistent measurement framework connecting marketing activity to commercial outcomes like qualified leads, orders, starts, and retention.
- Partner with COE, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT to standardize KPI definitions, audience logic, and reporting requirements.
- Develop and maintain recurring dashboards, monthly scorecards, and leadership-ready performance summaries.
- Support attribution and ROI reporting across paid search, social, email, web, and field-enabled initiatives.
- Conduct segmentation and targeting analysis for HCP and patient programs based on account potential, engagement, and conversion propensity.
- Translate performance trends and funnel insights into prioritized actions for business partners.
- Provide marketing funnel inputs for AOP and quarterly forecasts, including lead volumes, conversion rates, and campaign timing.
