Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 5+ years of related implementation experience.
- Proven experience with technical implementations including DWDM, Transport/Waves, MPLS, Managed Services, Voice (PRI, SIP, Porting), Security, SD WAN, or Meraki.
- Experience leading multiple complex projects in the technology industry (preferred).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 Certification (preferred).
- 6+ years of total project management experience (preferred).
- Strong ability to analyze work plans, schedules, and develop project status reports.
- Capable of managing internal and vendor resource requirements.
- Ability to make critical business decisions impacting project success and customer outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop, plan and manage implementation of activities for highly complex projects/programs for external/internal customers throughout their lifecycle.
- Accountable for timely project completion and delivery, resource allocation, and progress reporting.
- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, track action items, and manage program schedules.
- Assess and manage risk, impacts, and potential alternatives, escalating as required.
- Define Key Performance Indicators (KPI), process standards, and policies in partnership with other staff organizations.
- Serve as the customer-facing single point of contact during the project lifecycle.
- Identify additional sales opportunities and engage the Sales organization as needed.
- Mentor and provide leadership to other team members.
