- Strong project management skills to handle multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to explain technical product features to contractors, engineers, and architects.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
- Ability to lift and carry items up to approximately 70 pounds for samples and displays.
- Project management certification or industry accreditation preferred.
- Contractor license or certifications (e.g., BPI) are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Research, identify, qualify, and track large-scale project opportunities across multi-family, hospitality, and residential markets.
- Develop visibility into strategic opportunities by maintaining project databases and sales pipeline activity.
- Collaborate with regional and national sales teams to provide qualified leads and project insights.
- Manage consumer and business leads generated through digital channels, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Support lead conversion from trade shows, customer events, and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain CRM systems, monitor opportunity progress, and provide regular status updates.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and technical documentation to communicate solutions effectively.
- Travel up to 20% to support customer meetings, projects, and trade shows.
