Requirements

  • High School Diploma.
  • Two plus years of related professional or healthcare medical experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work independently or within teams.
  • LPN, CNA, or Medical Assistant certification (preferred).
  • Call center experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Monitor high volumes of medical alert alarms to determine response requirements and priorities.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to assess patient alerts and relay information to emergency contacts or health professionals.
  • Verify and enter patient demographics and data into appropriate systems.
  • Troubleshoot medical alert devices and report malfunctions for maintenance.
  • Assist with new client enrollment and support existing client needs.
  • Collaborate professionally with Case Managers and Home Service Representatives.
  • Maintain security of sensitive materials and records.
