Requirements
- High School Diploma.
- Two plus years of related professional or healthcare medical experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently or within teams.
- LPN, CNA, or Medical Assistant certification (preferred).
- Call center experience (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Monitor high volumes of medical alert alarms to determine response requirements and priorities.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to assess patient alerts and relay information to emergency contacts or health professionals.
- Verify and enter patient demographics and data into appropriate systems.
- Troubleshoot medical alert devices and report malfunctions for maintenance.
- Assist with new client enrollment and support existing client needs.
- Collaborate professionally with Case Managers and Home Service Representatives.
- Maintain security of sensitive materials and records.
