Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, sales development, or sales leadership roles.
  • Experience in Business Lending or Lending is required.
  • Proven track record of improving sales performance through coaching and operational improvements.
  • Strong understanding of sales execution, conversion optimization, and pipeline management.
  • Ability to diagnose performance challenges and implement effective solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to measure impact.
  • Excellent communication skills for delivering clear, constructive feedback.
  • Experience using sales enablement and productivity tools like Gong, ChatGPT, or Claude is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute a sales enablement and development strategy focused on measurable business outcomes.
  • Establish performance standards, frameworks, and best practices across the sales organization.
  • Partner with recruiting teams to refine hiring profiles and interview processes.
  • Build and optimize onboarding and ramp programs for new hires.
  • Conduct live coaching, call reviews, and deal analyses to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Analyze conversion rates, pipeline movement, and performance metrics.
  • Develop sales playbooks and messaging frameworks based on winning behaviors.
  • Create coaching systems to support sales managers in their leadership development.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance training and productivity.
