Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, sales development, or sales leadership roles.
- Experience in Business Lending or Lending is required.
- Proven track record of improving sales performance through coaching and operational improvements.
- Strong understanding of sales execution, conversion optimization, and pipeline management.
- Ability to diagnose performance challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to measure impact.
- Excellent communication skills for delivering clear, constructive feedback.
- Experience using sales enablement and productivity tools like Gong, ChatGPT, or Claude is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute a sales enablement and development strategy focused on measurable business outcomes.
- Establish performance standards, frameworks, and best practices across the sales organization.
- Partner with recruiting teams to refine hiring profiles and interview processes.
- Build and optimize onboarding and ramp programs for new hires.
- Conduct live coaching, call reviews, and deal analyses to improve sales effectiveness.
- Analyze conversion rates, pipeline movement, and performance metrics.
- Develop sales playbooks and messaging frameworks based on winning behaviors.
- Create coaching systems to support sales managers in their leadership development.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance training and productivity.
