Requirements

  • 5–8 years of progressive HR experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR operations, benefits administration, and HR systems management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience working in high-growth, startup, or fast-scaling environments.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, including configuration, reporting, and system optimization.
  • Strong understanding of US multi-state employment regulations.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all HR operational processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, and personnel record management.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health, welfare, retirement, and leave programs.
  • Partner with brokers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective benefits delivery and compliance.
  • Collaborate with Payroll to ensure accurate employee data and timely payroll processing.
  • Lead HR systems administration, including configuration, workflows, reporting, and data integrity across HRIS platforms.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and scalable operational processes.
  • Ensure compliance with US and Canadian employment laws, supporting audits and reporting.
  • Build dashboards, reports, and data insights to support HR decision-making and workforce planning.
