Requirements
- 5–8 years of progressive HR experience.
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations, benefits administration, and HR systems management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working in high-growth, startup, or fast-scaling environments.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, including configuration, reporting, and system optimization.
- Strong understanding of US multi-state employment regulations.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all HR operational processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, and personnel record management.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health, welfare, retirement, and leave programs.
- Partner with brokers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective benefits delivery and compliance.
- Collaborate with Payroll to ensure accurate employee data and timely payroll processing.
- Lead HR systems administration, including configuration, workflows, reporting, and data integrity across HRIS platforms.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and scalable operational processes.
- Ensure compliance with US and Canadian employment laws, supporting audits and reporting.
- Build dashboards, reports, and data insights to support HR decision-making and workforce planning.
